A local Alarm and Security Systems company for both In-Home and In-Office security is interested in hiring a Receptionist for their onsite location in Damascus Oregon.

- Manage High Volume Calls
- Identify customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians
- Walk customers through technical issues by phone (this will be trained )
- Build Relationships with customers
- Process account cancellations
- Accuracy with data entry
- Skills & Qualifications : *
- 3 plus years of Office Experience
- 3 plus years of Customer Service
