Job Title : Traveling Bridge Superintendent
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000 Base Salary
Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, 401k, truck allowance, travel and housing costs covered
Position Overview : We are seeking a Traveling Bridge Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of bridge construction supervision experience.
The successful candidate will oversee bridge projects across multiple locations, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead project teams on bridge construction sites.
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control measures.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in bridge construction, with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of construction regulations and safety practices.
- Strong experience with large transportation projects
- Experience with USACE, DOT, etc is helpful
