CNC Machine Operating Company looking for Accounting Clerk.
8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (8 hour Shift) - $18-$25 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and code invoices and expense reports
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and record journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting and proper allocation of expenses.
- Perform 3-way matching by comparing purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports to ensure accuracy and - -
resolve any discrepancies.
Perform inventory cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory records and identify any discrepancies.
Qualifications :
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
