Provide timely and accurate scanning, filing and maintenance of the documents for electronic storage. Maintain file room and monitor and record access. Import loan documents from Encompass. Organize scans and index work from Mortgage Servicing into Identifi Other duties as assigned High School Diploma or equivalent General computer skills including basic Excel and Adobe Reader / Acrobat Organizational skills Good visual acuity

The document management specialist manning the scanner needs to make any adjustments necessary for legible and clean scans. The document management specialist is also responsible for organizing scanned documents on various local, network and cloud storage devices.
