CompleteDescription :
Notravel is required. This is a MondayFriday 85 position. TheDivision of Health Benefits follows a hybrid work model. The clientwill require 8 days per month onsite.
Remote option is availableupon approval for the selected candidate that may not be local tothe Raleigh NC area.
The purpose of theposition will be to create inperson and online training content tosupport organizational initiatives and business units.
Stronginstructional design and technical knowledge a must. Strong contentdevelopment and writing skills needed. Ability to create resourcesto support employee learning such as tips job aids and templates.
Good research skills. This position will facilitate and supportlive virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation communicationand collaboration skills.
Must be professional available duringwork hours responsive and timely. Must be attentive to detail andmeet required timelines fordeliverables.
DHB prefers experiencewith following tools : SharePoint page administration AdobeArticulate (Storyline and Rise) & Camtasia MS Teams.
Candidates with experience developing curriculums or training inpartnership with subject matter experts is preferred. Creatingtraining videos and microlearning a plus.
Use of voiceover tools aplus. Interest in continually learning new software and keeping theteam updated on changes to software isdesired.
