Marcum LLP is currently looking for an AI Analyst to join their internal IT department and their innovative AI team. The AI Analyst must have professional experience in AI model training, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and management, and a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analytics.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in artificial intelligence (AI) to join our team. To ensure the success of our projects, we are specifically looking for individuals who already have experience working with AI technologies in a professional environment.

The ideal candidate must possess AI expertise and be passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation.

Requirements :

  • Proven and professional experience in AI model training, fine-tuning, and management.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analytics.
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering concepts and at least 1 or 2 years of practical experience in the field.
  • Experience working with LLM models such as GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Claude, Mistral, or Llama 2.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, and AI development tools is a plus.
  • Experience with programming in python or C# .NET.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative thinking.
  • Exceptional, professional level communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • The ability to be detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and be a team player who thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience in a role that involved the development, integration or implementation of IT tools and technologies to transform business processes.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a prompt engineer in a professional environment
  • Additional research projects, internships, and personal and independent project work outside of professional experience is a plus .

Job Responsibilities :

  • Post-Model Training and Fine-Tuning : Take charge of advanced post-model training sessions, refining and enhancing the performance of our AI to exceed benchmarks.
  • Prompt Engineering : Craft compelling and effective prompts to extract the maximum potential from AI models, ensuring optimal interaction and output quality.

Design, test, and implement efficient prompt strategies to enhance the performance of AI language models. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to improve prompt design and effectiveness.

  • Testing Multiple Models : Rigorously test a variety of AI models to determine their effectiveness, reliability, and suitability for various business applications.
  • Creative AI Utilization : Conceptualize and develop groundbreaking ways to integrate AI into our core business practices, boosting efficiency and unlocking new possibilities.
  • Customer Interface : Work directly with clients to discover new and innovative use cases for AI, ensuring our technology meets their evolving needs and adds value to their business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with teams across the company to support AI implementation, providing insights and expertise to drive success.
  • Document processes and results, ensuring that knowledge is shared and leveraged within the team.
