Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Business Development Manager to actively promote Astra ABA's services and generate new client leads.
This individual will spearhead outreach efforts, from cold-calling and door-to-door marketing to networking within the community.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of marketing strategies to expand our client base, establish key partnerships, and represent Astra ABA with professionalism and passion.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Outreach :
- Make cold calls and schedule meetings with potential referral sources (e.g., schools, pediatricians, clinics).
- Conduct door-to-door marketing visits to pediatric practices, therapy centers, and community hubs.
- Build relationships with medical professionals in the community so we can properly expand our network of children and families we are able to serve.
- Develop relationships with local schools, community centers, and service providers to generate referrals.
Marketing & Branding :
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure Astra ABA’s presence at relevant local events and fairs.
- Implement targeted campaigns (online and offline) to promote the company's services.
- Manage social media presence and website traffic in collaboration with internal or external teams.
Networking & Partnership Building :
- Attend and represent Astra ABA at industry events, conferences, and networking groups.
- Foster partnerships with community leaders, educators, and healthcare professionals.
Reporting & Strategy Development :
- Track marketing activities and lead conversion rates, providing regular reports to management.
- Analyze the effectiveness of various outreach strategies and adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative growth strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
- Proven ability to make cold calls and engage in door-to-door sales or marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Goal-driven with a passion for achieving tangible results.
- Experience working with CRM systems and basic social media platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in-person marketing visits).
