We are seeking a General Manager of a Restaurant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing uncompromising standards of Quality and service.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory, invoices, goods orders
- Use of NBO Aloha
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Managerial ServSafe
- Monitor budgets, labor, payroll, records, and tips
- Salesmanship mindset with marketing initiatives
- Experience with inventory, waste, and purchasing
- Builds a team and trains appropriately
- Organizes, plans, and prioritizes team performance and store
- Experience in POS and computer back of the house NBO Aloha
- Physical ability to move in the store, carry items, and withstand kitchen temperatures
- Minimum High School or equivalency required
- Previous supervisory and hospitality experience preferred
- Proven Track of success as a restaurant manager
- English Fluent Speaker
