The Director of Client Relations in Metairie, LA will serve as the office manager for our headquarters in Metairie. This is an entry-level position and a unique opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the financial planning and wealth management business.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a desire to gain broad experience by managing multiple tasks across the firm.
This is a full-time, in-person role with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Responsibilities
- Serving as a member of the firm-wide service team (account opening, money movement, CRM Maintenance, etc.)
- Fielding incoming phone calls
- Maintaining office appearance, supply stock, plants, mail, etc.
- Greeting incoming clients at the office
- Planning and hosting firm-wide events
- Coordinating internal project management
- Assisting in onboarding of new advisors
- Assisting in social media distribution (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Support individual advisors as capacity allows
