What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work across multiple channels to build and maintain branding and inbound marketing projects for our various pest control brands throughout the North and Southeast US.

Your goal will be to help drive leads, grow the business, and boost customer retention through creative, data-driven marketing efforts.

We are looking for

  • Plan, develop, and direct multiple marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Research and identify new marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage financial documents for ad campaigns, including budgets and contracts.
  • Negotiate with ad agencies, marketing teams, editors, and writers to optimize campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to attract and convert new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for print and digital media.
  • Provide marketing support to local branches and sales reps for residential and commercial campaigns.
  • Partner with the Media Planner to secure media buying opportunities.
  • Communicate monthly promotions to branches and sales reps.
  • Monitor monthly NPS scores, expenses, and tasks using project management tools.
  • Manage ongoing campaigns across TV, radio, print, and digital platforms.
  • Assist with monitoring social media for customer and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate trade shows, community events, and internal marketing activities.
  • Help develop and execute monthly email marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on competitors’ campaigns and industry trends.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience (experience in a service industry is preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, Google Data Studio, and Air table preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance and expense management.
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
