Job Overview :

North Star is currently accepting applications for the position of Server Supervisor. This role has management responsibilities that will occasionally offer opportunities to serve and bartend as well.

We are open to discussing both full-time and part-time positions for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years of serving experience and the ability to effectively manage a team.

As a Server Supervisor, you will be responsible for serving customers, managing shifts, and performing various office tasks such as writing schedules, assisting with inventory, and training new staff members.

Requirements :

• Prior serving experience
• Ability to manage a team

The Milwaukee Ale House-Grafton is located in Grafton Wisconsin. Set on the banks of the Milwaukee River, the Ale House has 2 levels for dining and 2 large bars.

The main floor is used daily as a full service restaurant / bar and the second floor is used for overflow seating on busier day / nights as well as for private parties up to 180 ppl.

We offer a full food / liquor menu as well as 24 tap lines with craft beers from many local, regional and national breweries.
