As an Implementation Coach, you will :
- Build trust-based relationships with clients to influence decision-making.
- Guide clients to clarify their goals, objectives, and challenges.
- Facilitate activities, exercises, or workshops that guide teams through their problem-solving.
- Use data and information to build client-centric frameworks.
- Collaborate with all levels of the client organization, from the front line to senior leaders, to advance projects.
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.

- Can communicate complex information in an accessible, easy-to-understand style and manner.
- Possess a foundational understanding of business language, principles and value drivers.
- Have proven experience with delivering realistic project-specific plans to influence identified value drivers.
- Have familiarity with industry sectors such as oil and gas, drilling, or manufacturing.
- Have familiarity with areas of specialization such as reliability, maintenance, or project management.
- Have familiarity with asset maturity / life cycle such as construction or operations.
To qualify for this role, you must have :
- A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is an asset)
- Mobility to do weekly commutes or rotations
- Mobility and willingness to relocate
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in coaching, consulting or project management
- Strong data analytics
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
