If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate QMHP Case Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing family-oriented, individual, and group rehabilitative mental health services.

From skills training to medication education, parenting support, and intensive case management, you'll be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Your interventions will be delivered both in-office (one day a week) and in the community, ensuring comprehensive support for those in need.

5% matching) Phone stipend Mileage reimbursement Laptop & hotspot What you’ll do Provide curriculum-based rehabilitative services to families, individuals, and groups Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and confidentiality requirements Maintain all case records (notes, treatment plans, and uniform assessments) accurately and maintain professional certification / licensure Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care and referrals What you bring Bachelor's degree in rehab counseling, psychology, social work, or related field (as per TAC rule 353.

1415) Training in working with individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and Children with Severe Emotional Disturbances, and delivery of services based on curriculum Training in child and / or adult counseling and family dynamics preferred Strong understanding and ability to work with diverse populations Therapeutic, communication, and organizational skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products A valid driver license If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear from you!
