We are looking for a sharp, organized, and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will be primarily responsible for executing our full-cycle recruiting process to support our growing team and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for future needs.

Position Responsibilities :

• Partner with the hiring manager(s) to determine staffing needs
• Source candidates and screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone and / or in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference / background checks, make hiring recommendations, and deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings
• Use resources, such as career fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
• Communicate important employment information when presenting offers of employment benefits, compensation package)
• Monitor candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) daily
• Coordinate onsite interview times with appropriate department manager(s)
• Maintain and update interview questions
• Conduct employment verifications
• Coordinate personality profiles, background checks, and new-hire drug testing

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources with a focus in construction recruiting
