Qualifications
- Ability to travel 100% of the week (from Sunday night to Friday)
- Have a valid Driver’s licence
- Valid passport (American, Canadian, and / or Mexican)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of overall general business experience
- Experience in the manufacturing and food industries (very strong asset)
- Experience providing training and coaching
- Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies
- Proficient with the Prosci ADKAR Model
- Demonstrated knowledge / understanding / exposure to Continuous Improvement concepts such as PMO, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, MRP, ERP, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, etc
- Familiar with and implemented Safety Management Systems
- Proficient to expert level with Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
- Organized, disciplined, and motivated to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing project environment
