Change Management Consultant - Project Manager

Qualifications

• Ability to travel 100% of the week (from Sunday night to Friday)
• Have a valid Driver’s licence
• Valid passport (American, Canadian, and / or Mexican)
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years of overall general business experience
• Experience in the manufacturing and food industries (very strong asset)
• Experience providing training and coaching
• Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies
• Proficient with the Prosci ADKAR Model
• Demonstrated knowledge / understanding / exposure to Continuous Improvement concepts such as PMO, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, MRP, ERP, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, etc
• Familiar with and implemented Safety Management Systems
• Proficient to expert level with Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Organized, disciplined, and motivated to succeed
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing project environment
