- Senior Program Delivery Lead : Senior customer-facing role responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables across multiple business capabilities
- Role Summary : Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations.
The ideal candidate will have pharma experience with GxP Technical Development or Pharma Biotech experience. Key responsibilities for this role, include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance, and financials.
Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets Gilead expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners Senior Business Analyst / Consultant : Senior customer-facing role responsible for discovering and analyzing business needs and business processes to guide application of IT technology solutions to business needs
- 12+ years project management experience
- 5+ years Pharma experience
- Experience in Pharma and GxP compliance / 21 CFR Part 11 / Biologics Manufacturing, Quality, Lab
- Experience in successfully leading programs on-time, on-schedule. and within budget parameters
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
