In this role, you will be pivotal in managing a broad spectrum of litigation cases. This position presents an exciting opportunity to engage with complex legal matters, collaborate alongside seasoned professionals, and make meaningful contributions to our clients' success.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust litigation background, exceptional analytical and communication abilities, and a fervent commitment to securing positive outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all phases of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate settlements
- Stay current on legal developments and industry trends
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar
- 5+ years of experience practicing as a litigation attorney (Employment / Labor, Government / Municipal, Land Use / Environmental, Education, Election, Internet / 1
Amendment, Media / Telecommunication, General Litigation)
- Strong litigation and trial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Client-focused with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes
