We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to work with a company in the banking industry in Miami, Florida.
This role is within the customer service and data management sector, where you will be the first point of contact for our clientele.
The position requires you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Managing a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
- Handling data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Managing email correspondence, promptly responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the relevant departments.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently to ensure smooth operation of the business.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage and organize files and information.
- Utilizing excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and staff.
- Assisting in the organization and maintenance of files to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
- Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems
