The US Campaign Deal COE Team is a centralized merchandise strategy and operations unit. This team analyzes the market's merchandise structure, manages supplier resources, recruits relevant merchants and products, ensures competitive pricing and sufficient inventory, and develops clear distribution strategies.
The team collaborates closely with the campaign operations team, strategy team, category team, and data / algorithm team to drive business success during campaigns.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities : - Be responsible for the operations work in the team, and deeply study the characteristics and trends of the industry.
- Establish good cooperative relationships with industry merchants to strive for more favorable conditions and resources.
- Mining and onboarding top products in the online market and ensure there is price competitiveness and sufficient inventory for the products.
- Assist the campaign team to implement the deal strategy, and monitor the real-time data to adjust the deal distribution strategy.
Minimum Qualifications : - Possess strong market analysis and data insight capabilities, and be able to accurately grasp market trends.
Have good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and be able to efficiently collaborate.- Have strong innovation and problem-solving abilities to deal with the complex and changeable market environment.
Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in the e-commerce industry and familiarity with the formulation and implementation of merchandise strategies.
