We are seeking a staff attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our tight-knit team. This individual will be responsible for :
- Researching and drafting motions
- Legal research
- Drafting and client interaction for written discovery requests and responses
- Factual workup and analysis of cases
- Preparation of deposition outlines
- Document review and coding

- This position is posted at $180k-$240k based on experience, with some portion as a bonus.
- The position is either full-time or flex-schedule attorneys - compensation will be aligned to the scope of the role.
- WFH (local to San Francisco) or a private office at Embarcadero Center San Francisco.
- Clerkship or staff attorney positions in government / judiciary preferred but not required.
