What You Will Do :
Full Stack Geospatial-focused Development using various JavaScript mapping APIs, and object-oriented (.Net, Java, or Python) back end code.
Translation of the UI / UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application in conjunction with back-end code.
Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software in conformance to standards and industry best practices.
Collaborate within an Agile development team.
What You Will Need :
Associate or Bachelor’s degree :
If you have Associate degree, an additional Two (2) years of experience will be required; Or Bachelor’s degree can be substituted with Four (4) additional years of experience.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
Three (3) + years experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, field applications).
Four to Six (4-6) years of GIS development experience.
Solid background and practical experience in requirement analysis, object-oriented methodologies and design patterns.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
Experience with RDBMS Database design / development / Queries.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Experience with source control tools (Bitbucket, Git, SVN).
Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with Pega BPM.
Experience with Drupal.
The annual salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$129,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
