We are looking for qualified engineeringcandidates for our eMobility Experience Program beginning in June 2025. Thisprogram is based in Atlanta, GA.
This is a unique two-year full-timerotational program for ambitious, curious, and adaptable entry-level talent.This program provides you with a pathway to cultivate and lead an excitingcareer at Siemens.
The program is structured as six, four-month rotations -each rotation is an inter-related 120-day impact plan.
Role Description :
- Rotate within different functional roles such asdesign / research and development, solutions engineering, applicationsengineering, manufacturing engineering, sustainability engineering,Product / Project Management, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Management, andmore.
- Create, test, and implement products andapplications for EV charging stations, including embedded cloud-connectedproducts, hardware (power electronics), and digital IOT technology.
- Comfortably navigate change, ambiguity, thefluid structure of the program, the complexity of IoT products, and the dynamicnature of the EV charging landscape.
- Expertly maintain attention to detail,dedication to quality and excellence, and effective communication withcross-functional teams and Siemens customers.
You'll win us over by having the followingqualifications :
Basic Qualifications :
- Majoring in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Rising bachelor's degree graduates or recent graduates (must graduate by Spring 2025).
- Curiosity and passion for EV technology andelectrification as demonstrated in personal hobbies, projects, extracurricularactivities, or classroom experience with IoT, embedded systems, and cloud-basedapplications.
- Hands-on experience with product prototypes,testing, and exploration of product functionality.
- Flexible, self-motivated, innovative, driven tomake an impact, and a strong desire for knowledge. Always learning, trying, andproblem-solving.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Atlanta,GA (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles fromyour permanent address) and travel domestically and internationally as requiredby the program.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience using Agile Methodologies to develop minimum viable products.
- For candidates with a background in mechanical engineering : experience with simulation, heat transfer, 3D CAD, rapid prototyping technologies (machining and 3D printing), design for manufacturing.
- For candidates with a background in electrical engineering : experience with PCBA design, reading schematics, common test equipment (O-scope, multimeters, etc.), Altium.

The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $91,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
