Kitchen Back of House Team Member: Closer/Nights

As a Back of House Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.

We are looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly and honest people. As a Back of House Team Member, positions include the following : prep, breading, machines, dishwasher and packaging.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Work well under pressure
• Is a team-player
• Always delivers desirable food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements
• Make sure the work area is clean and organized
• Use all the holding systems to insure food quality and safety
• Use all appropriate safety equipment
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning list
• Complete your continuous training checklist
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Must have availability between 5pm-11 : 30pm
• Must have at least four days of availability (including Friday and / or Saturday)
