Email / O365 Administrator
Job Description :
We are looking for an Email / O365 administrator to help us administer, manage and improve on-prem and cloud-based email applications.
This position will require someone with Email(Primarily) / O365 experience and they will be providing Tier 3 support for our Email / O365 environment.
Primarily they will handle trouble tickets that come to my team and also document some of the procedures we do for O365.

Position Details :
Location : Oakland, CA (Remote) / Must live CA
Type : 6 Month Contract (possibility of extension)
Must Haves :
- Experience with Migrating Exchange servers from on-prem data center to cloud (AWS preferable)
- Collaborate with team members and other groups at UCOP to resolve Tier2 and Tier3 support tickets for Email / O365.
- Familiar with DMARC, SPF and DKIM terminology.
