Impactkare has partnered with a leading Behavioral health organization in Colorado and are on the hunt to look for their next Clinical Director.

We're searching for a Clinical Director to lead and manage all clinical operations for our client, ensuring exceptional client care and adherence to regulatory standards.
This individual will also play a key role in supporting and developing the clinical team. This is an opportunity to be a key part of a dedicated, multidisciplinary treatment team that prioritizes quality care, diversity, and inclusion.
As Clinical Director, you'll directly influence the care and culture within the organization, helping both staff and clients thrive.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee clinical operations to maintain the highest quality of care and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical staff, promoting a culture of connection, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Manage staffing functions including hiring, training, and scheduling, along with providing ongoing professional development and performance evaluations.
- Ensure clinical quality, client safety, and maintain standards for professionalism and team productivity.
- Review clinical documentation, oversee programmatic policies, and lead team case conferences to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in leadership and quality assurance meetings to support continuous improvement.
- Provide direct clinical support such as crisis counseling, admissions, and after-hours on-call assistance as needed.
Who You Are :
- You bring at least 5 years of experience managing clinical programs, with a strong ability to lead teams and oversee operations.
- You have extensive experience providing clinical supervision and supporting team members in their roles.
- You are knowledgeable in both state and federal regulations, including JCAHO, BHA, CFR42, and HIPAA requirements.
- You have a Master’s degree and are licensed in your state (such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW) with current registration with DORA.
- You are skilled in communication, able to collaborate effectively, and think strategically to make informed decisions.
- You are comfortable working with EMR / CRM systems, hold a valid driver’s license, and have or are willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days. Salary / Schedule :

- $90,000 - $125,000 annually (depending on experience)
