Key Responsibilities :

As a Project Manager, you'll use your Agile Project Management expertise to facilitate the Agile process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.

Your day-to-day activities will involve organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile methods, identifying and removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software on time.

You should have expert proficiency in Agile Project Management and advanced proficiency in Scrum. You must also possess advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development).

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
• Coach the team on Agile methods and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• This role will be onsite in Dallas, TX

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years Project Management Experience
• HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications :

• Agile Project Management
• Scrum
• Agile Process Coaching
• Bachelor's or Associate's

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
