The Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team at TikTok is dedicated to developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for TikTok's advertising products.
We drive full-funnel product education, adoption, and revenue growth. Acting as the voice of the market, our team gathers, prioritizes, and conveys valuable insights to the product team, influencing the future of TikTok's ad products.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, product management, regional PSO, business marketing, and other teams to identify key gaps and develop strategic direction for our ad solutions.
We develop a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape to positively impact advertisers, agencies, and internal partners.
We put our marketing expertise to work to craft strategies for our ad products, rally cross-functional teams for execution, and collaborate with product leaders.
Responsibilities : - Partner with product teams, regional PSO, sales, and business marketing to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for TikTok’s core ads products.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market.- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and synthesize market needs and pain points, guiding product development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global and regional programs and initiatives.- Build expertise in TikTok’s performance advertising products and create a compelling narrative to help customers achieve their marketing goals.
Minimum Qualifications : - BA / BS degree in business or marketing.- 5+ years of experience in a leading digital media platform, ideally in go-to-market, product marketing, or strategic sales roles.
- Expertise in how advertisers plan, buy, and measure social / digital campaigns. Preferred Qualifications : - Proven track record of collaborating with diverse cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to successfully bring products to market.
