As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you’re the first person a guest encounters upon walking in, and welcomes them into our EWC Home.
You will serve as a trusted resource for our guests’ questions or needs, as well as master our business operations! We seek a person who can lead with care, integrity, and is committed to delighting our guests and of course while having fun!
We’ll equip you with the tools needed to work effectively, and leverage our proven training program to advance your leadership skills.

A positive, friendly, and upbeat personality
Ability to work at least one weekend day

Managing the flow of guests in / out of the location
Educating guests on European Wax Center Rewards, offers, and promotions
Prior sales experience is an additional asset, but not required
