The Sports Dietitian provides nutrition guidance tailored to athletes and active individuals, focusing on performance enhancement and recovery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess athletes’ nutritional needs based on their training and competition schedules.
- Develop individualized nutrition plans to optimize performance.
- Provide education on hydration, supplements, and recovery nutrition.
- Stay informed about trends in sports nutrition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian credential.
- Certification in sports nutrition preferred.
- Passion for fitness and athletic performance.
