The right candidate will have 4+ years of experience and expertise in commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and title / survey review.
Preferred qualifications include experience in covenant drafting, commercial development and / or land use. A strong focus on client service is required.
Salary Range :
- $120,000 - $165,000 D.O.E.
- Bonuses : Based on collected revenue
