Just Ingredients a local, rapidly growing social media and ecommerce company in the health and wellness space is committed to ensuring our customers receive their product orders efficiently and in perfect condition.

As we grow our new fulfillment function in Orem, Utah, we’re building a team of reliable and attentive part-time Warehouse Specialist - Floaters to join our fulfillment team and help us scale to meet customer demand during peak periods.

NOTE : Individuals in this role will not be scheduled in advance for regular shifts but are eligible to grab added or backfill shifts as they come available.

We anticipate increased availability of shifts during the holiday season.

The starting wage for this position is $17.50 / hour.

Core Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders per orders printed prior to the shift.
• Stage orders for the shipping specialist to send out to customers.
• Assist in stocking the pick-face (flow racking), when needed.
• Break down boxes and keep work area clean during the picking operation and after restocking the pick face
• Create and maintain a safe environment at all times for yourself and others.
• Perform other tasks, as needed.

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Will be required to work 4 shifts per calendar month.
• In addition, will be required to work an additional 4 shifts during Black Friday Sale (November 25 - December 10).
• Warehouse hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 30 - 4 : 30 (additional shifts may become available during peak orders).
• Able to read, speak and understand English.
• Able to stand for 4-8 hours at a time.
• Ability to bend, reach and push packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold and dusty at times).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions carefully and accurately.
• Able to adapt to change on the fly.
• Previous picking experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting preferred.
• Prior work in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
