Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Network Engineer to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Building relationships with our clients in a positive meaningful way
• Work with a team effectively and efficiently
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professionalism of doing what right, is right. all the time, every time
• Continual self-improvement and obtaining IT certificates
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Critical thinking and analysis of looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
• Valid driver's license, willing to travel sometimes
• Adherence to Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Management
• Constant pursuit of technical improvement in all areas
• Some after hours are required as projects and emergencies come up
