Role Overview :
As a Staffing Supervisor at Exact Staff, you will be instrumental in driving our mission further, linking passionate professionals with opportunities that suit their talents and ambitions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Offer guidance, resume feedback, and interview tips to job seekers.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires.
- Continuously nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements :
- Previous experience recruiting or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be a team player, ready to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to our work environment.
