Are you an experienced finance professional with a knack for meticulous organization and a keen eye for detail? If you're passionate about managing finances, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic finance team. This permanent position will offer you a chance to utilize your skills in AR collections, AR aging reports, accounts receivable, cash applications, collections, reconciliation, and inventory management.

You'll be part of a vibrant team, working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where your financial acumen and problem-solving skills will be appreciated and rewarded.

Responsibilities :

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a critical role in our financial operations. Your duties will include, but are not limited to :

1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections.

2. Preparing AR aging reports, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve our collection efforts.

3. Conducting regular reconciliation of accounts and promptly resolving any discrepancies.

4. Coordinating with the sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

5. Streamlining processes and implementing best practices in accounts receivable management.

6. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

8. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and staying updated on the latest industry trends.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable Associate position should have the following qualifications :

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.

3. Proven experience with AR collections, AR aging reports, cash applications, collections, reconciliation, and inventory management.

4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.

5. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
