As a Warehouse Packout Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless production and distribution of their top-tier compounds.

You will be responsible for packing and preparing their products for shipment, contributing to their reputation for exceptional quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately package compounds for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment to fill, label, and seal containers.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify that all products meet their high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using their inventory management system.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed.
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hr shift schedule throughout the week.
