Key Responsibilities : Build a Veeva COE structure including all business functions eg Clinical Regulatory Quality Safety Medical and CommercialDrive portfolio of offerings propositions and solutions for the customers Build grow with strategy and execution for customer envisioned Veeva COEWork closely with HCLTech strategic leadership to collaborate bring outside in view and co-innovate to bring value for the customerDrive relationship with customer vendors on and around Veeva to drive business outcomesRequirements Advanced degree in healthcare science or engineering fieldExperience in life sciences delivery other areas of life sciences value chain and exposure to pharma Healthcare interface is highly desired8 years of proven delivery experience in multiple functional areas being served by Veeva eg Clinical Regulatory Quality Safety Medical and Commercial6 years of minimum experience in Veeva Vault technical suite specifically with Veeva Vault configuration SDKs Veeva integrations large data migrations etc.
Certification on Veeva Vault Administration is a must Certification on at least 2 functional Veeva areas is preferred, eg Veeva CTMS QMS etcProven knowledge of GxP ecosystem and needs in terms of regulations documentation needs protocol requirements etclike IoT Gen AI AI-ML2 Data Analytics Robotics Blockchain AR VR Veeva IQVIA Salesforce etcBe able to manage CXO interactions should have been part of business development cycles have superior articulation presentation skillsDemonstrate analytical expertise problem solving skills and experience of having worked in complex matrix organizationsBe able to develop accelerators and plugs in or bolt on solutions to Veeva to enhance market value (1.
