We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server / Host to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our valued guests.

Server Duties :
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our wine selection and food offerings.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.
Host Duties :
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Provide information about the wine bar / lounge, including special events and promotions.
- Assist in managing the waitlist during busy periods, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience as a server or host in a restaurant, bar, or lounge setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of wine and food pairings is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
