Our Regeneron Global Procurement Team is looking for a Manager, Global Procurement supporting the CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) space with experience in end-to-end procurement strategies, processes, and global category execution.

A typical day might include the following :
- Leading and working with others to solve issues of diverse scope and provide analysis considering current business trends.
- Improve efficiency and produce high quality work in a cross functional environment.
- Drafting and negotiating specific local / global contractual agreements, while working with the internal legal department and inspire changes that are critical to Regeneron.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for respective area and spend responsibility.
- Solicit and analyze request for proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract objectives are delivered (business needs, savings, SLAs, etc.).

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study plus relevant, progressive experience in procurement, including experience in Pharma / BioPharma.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding with sourcing contracting tools, ERPs, and eRFx systems preferred. (Oracle, Zycus, Ariba, Other).
A plus would be having knowledge of CMO activity within the formulation, filling, medical device, and / or combination products space.
A CPSM / CPM / CTPE Certification is helpful. This role will require being onsite Monday-Friday. A relocation assistance package is available for those who qualify.
