Commercial Retail Construction Project Manager

Position : Construction Project Manager
Location : Pittsburgh area
Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage commercial retail construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Team Coordination : Oversee and coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Budget & Schedule Management : Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance : Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience : 5+ years of experience in commercial retail construction, with a strong background in managing big box projects (e.
g., Walmart, Target, Sams Club).
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills : Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Procore Experience : Proficiency in using Procore construction management software is highly preferred.
- Certifications : PMP certification is a plus.
