General Description :
The Fuel Flagger is responsible for assisting in fuel deliveries by spotting the fuel truck drivers in backing and parking within client facilities as needed.
This position will be responsible for driving CCI's Mission, Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive success.

- Comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures established by CCI while on shift, on call or attending training.
- Communicate daily status of current projects to Carpenter or Site Supervisor to ensure all projects are completed and within CCI standards.
- Maintain 100% Safety Standards and Accountability in all areas or mandatory / regulatory requirements, which include :
- Compliance with required HSE training.
- Taking necessary action when behaviors or conditions around you may be unsafe.
- Reporting and addressing all potential safety concerns / incidents / issues promptly.
- Participating in CCI safety meetings, work safely and maintain a safe work environment as an employee and representative of CCI.
- Document and record any injury or near miss incident that may occur while you are working.
Other Responsibilities :
- Attend and participate in required meetings, training, exercises and drills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current TWICs card including training in : Bloodborne Pathogens, Confined Space Entry, Energy Isolation, Respirator Protection, Hearing Conservation, Fall Protection, Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness, ASH 2006, Smith System Driving, Environmental Management Awareness, Golden Rules / Driving / Safety Awareness, Scaffold Awareness, Decision Pt.
Hazard Recognition, Seta Card, Fire Extinguisher, Benzene / Nitrogen Awareness.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts;
high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
- Position may be working with potentially hazardous materials and wastes.
- Dress code is professional commensurate with site practices where applicable.
- Hard-toe safety footwear is required at all times while working.

A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee’s ability to perform to the job standard.

MOBILITY : Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push / pull 100 pounds for 20 feet.
Shoveling up to 20 lbs. Frequent walking and standing. Occasional keyboard use, sitting, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- HEARING : Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
- VISUAL ACUITY : Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
- LIFTING : Must be able to routinely lift up to 70 pounds from floor to waist, 70 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
- RANGE OF MOTION : An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire / post offer FCE.

Requirements
Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 Years work experience in industrial setting.
- Ability to clearly speak, write, read and understand the English language.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Louisiana Safety Council Card.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Current TWIC card.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely in a small shop environment.
- Self-directed with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer experience, including the ability to take online training, email general reports and use Microsoft Word.
