Job Summary
Pest control sales reps are responsible for generating new business, growing the client base, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing commercial and residential customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Sales :
- Prospect potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and online lead generation.
- Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Identify clients' pest control needs and match them with the company's services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide top-quality customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Pest Identification and Inspection :
- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest activity and vulnerabilities.
- Assess the extent of the infestation and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for customers.
- Administrative Tasks
- Complete sales paperwork meticulously to ensure accurate billing and service delivery.
- Maintain detailed sales records and customer information.
Qualifications
Sales Acumen : Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. A results-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Confident presentations and the ability to build rapport.
