Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the C.N.A. is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living.
Join our team where you will :
Perform routine resident care and assistance with daily living. Observe and report signs and symptoms of changes in condition.
Prioritize patient / resident activities based on current care needs.Follow infection control techniques in performing resident care.
Maintain all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy
RequirementsCurrent California C.N.A. certification. Must be able to work in a team, multi-task and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Summary
Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, physical abilities test, drug screen and Department of Justice Criminal background clearance.
