Lead Generation Specialist Position Overview Leading insurance company committed to providing innovative financial solutions seeks a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to help drive growth and connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities Actively identify, research, and reach out to potential clients using a variety of outreach techniques.
Qualify leads, gather relevant information, and arrange appointments. Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and assist in the sales process.
Ensure prompt follow-ups and monitor the progress of prospective clients through the sales pipeline. Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
