Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a respected non-profit facility in Worcester, MA, seeks a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our Staff Development program.

In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. You'll supervise staff, oversee staff development initiatives, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to cultivate a team of highly skilled and compassionate caregivers.

You're a Great Fit If...

  • You're a registered nurse (RN) with a current MA license.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in supervisory nursing and staff development.
  • You possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • You're a natural organizer with a keen eye for detail.
  • You have a passion for resident care and staff development.
  • You're proficient in electronic medical records, medication administration, and scheduling systems.
  • You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in determining staffing needs, screening, and interviewing potential hires.
  • Develop and deliver staff development programs to ensure all staff maintain and enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to create and implement department policies that comply with regulations.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure a seamless continuum of care for residents.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and participation in annual surveys.
  • Work closely with the Director of Nursing to champion person-centered care.
