As part of the Monetization Product, the SMB Vertical Product team is focused on helping to build products that enable small to medium-sized advertisers on TikTok's ad platform.
We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager, responsible for driving adoption of Lead Generation Ads. Responsibilities- Customer-centric market strategy : Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for Lead Generation Ads, aimed at increasing product adoption, user satisfaction, and market penetration.
In-depth customer interviews : Conduct interviews with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences.
Translate these insights into actionable strategies that align with our product development.- Data-driven decision making : Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to gain a deep understanding of market trends, customer usage patterns, and the overall adoption process.
Employ this data to inform and enhance go-to-market strategies.- Collaboration : Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach in go-to-market plans and customer engagement strategies.
Market research : Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to position our products effectively and innovatively in the market.
Minimum Qualifications : - 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, product development or related fields.
Experience in advertising a major plus. Experience with SMB segment a plus.- Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of projects.
