Position Overview :

s value proposition leads with trust & safety. There are plenty of options for finding household employees for all sorts of care needs, but people come to our platform to find employees they trust and can give the responsibility of a loved one.

As a safety product manager, you will deliver initiatives to make that value proposition a reality.

The ideal candidate loves a challenge and can slice through complexity to develop data-backed recommendations. They should be hyper-organized, think in terms of processes and have a passion for the technical side of things.

They should be able to take in qualitative customer feedback and turn it into quantitative facts that will inform sound strategy.

They should enjoy collaborating, facilitating cross-functional alignment and driving a sense of urgency across stakeholder teams.

Note : This position is based in either Salt Lake City, Utah or Austin, TX, and will be hybrid in office 3 days per week (Monday / Wednesday / Thursday).

What You’ll Do :

  • Identifying and measuring current trust scenarios and risk exposure and explaining how that exposure affects our various user groups
  • Prioritizing solutions based on user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Lead key projects, partnering with T&S Operations, Customer Care, Policy, Legal and Engineering, and other product teams across and help mitigate brand risk
  • Work on a product team to build, launch, and improve new and existing features.
  • Ensure the availability and integrity of product data and facilitate post-analysis learning.
  • Create detailed and clear product & testing requirements powered with metrics and OKRs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results.

Who You Are :

  • 4-6 years of product management experience
  • 3+ years of Trust & Safety experience.
  • Capable of driving clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable diving into ambiguous technical problems, working closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with Machine Learning and AI tools and partnering with Data Scientists to glean insights from data and build models that scale
  • A quantitative degree (mathematics, engineering, computer science) is preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably a consumer-focused or marketplace service.
  • Experience developing product and user interface requirements.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement methodically. Strong team-orientation.
  • Ability to originate new

  • Detail-oriented, results-oriented & well organized with excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiar with both front end and back end work, working with a full stack development team to build features.
