Overview :
Arch Amenities Group the leading provider of amenities management and consulting services for commercial and residential spaces is seeking a Brand Ambassador / Engagement Concierge for a class A commercial real estate building.
The Engagement Concierge will work closely with the Property Manager to provide an exceptional experience for building Tenants and guests.
Responsibilities :
- Onsite presence Monday Friday, at dedicated desk in Lobby or Amenity Center
- Assist tenants and building guests with any / all request pertaining to the amenity floor.
- Knowledgeable with local area provide guests with directions and local neighborhood recommendations.
- Warmly welcome all tenants and guests traveling through the amenity space
- Ensure amenity space and Lobby is kept clean and neat, escalating any issues to PM and Building Engineers as needed
- Remain knowledgeable of all building policies, procedures, and upcoming building and local events
- Assist with the execution of Tenant Engagement Programs when needed
Qualifications :
Following is a list of pre-requisites needed to ensure successful job performance :
- 1-3 years' experience in Concierge; Amenity Management; Hospitality; Events, Conference, or Banquet Management
- Technology proficiency Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional customer service
- Willing to streamline and standardize processes wherever possible
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
- Able to show initiative and make decisions
- Ability to stand for long periods
- This position required the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, and talk
