Department : Office of Children and Family Services.
Description : Expert to design and develop / code with the development team for the Facility Application and Management System (FAMS).
FAMS is the system of record for all licensed and registered day care providers in NYS.
Responsibilities :
- Work in coordination with a team of developers to write the new Facility Application Management system in ASP.net MVC.
- Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design.
- Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
- Perform complex VB.Net coding.
- Assist with responding to CCFS data requests.
- The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Technical Lead, Project Manager & Software Architect.
- Perform writing of complex stored procedures / triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL / SQL.
Required Skills :
- 84 months experience guiding the technical aspects for complex applications utilizing N-Tier architecture.
- 60 months experience in designing and developing applications using WPF.
- 84 months experience with PL / SQL writing packages stored procedures and triggers.
- 48 months experience developing applications utilizing Web Services or WCF.
- 12 months experience designing and developing mobile application on IOS, Android, Windows using Xamarin.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree.
