What you'll be doing...
As the Integrated Marketing Director, you will spearhead strategy for several important categories, including beauty, home, food & beverage, CPG, and more.
You will develop creative solutions for net new business while meeting the demands of category-specific RFP proposals in collaboration with sales and creative counterparts.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing.
Key responsibilities :
Lead the creation of go-to-market materials and pricing to allow Future to win in key markets.
Utilize client knowledge and category expertise to effectively partner with sales and clients, leading strategy and bringing creative solutions to life in a purposeful way.
Lead creative brainstorms, ensuring internal party alignment and presale costs
Create pitch decks / presentations for senior leadership and join client-facing calls with the sales team
Assist in post-sale, helping with event activations and custom partnerships
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...
8+ years proven experience working within publishing, a media company, advertising agency, or brand.
Expertise in the beauty, CPG, food & beverage, and home media landscape.
Proven experience leading internal brainstorms, creating large-scale client proposals and presentations, incorporating data / insights, creative storytelling and developing strategic packaging that will meet key KPIs.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop innovative concepts.
Lead client-facing pitches + meetings with senior leaders.
Solid experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including spreadsheets and pitch decks / presentations.
Experience managing and building multifaceted and evolving relationships with leaders, sales teams, and clients.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000
This is a Hybrid role from our NYC Office, working three days from the office, two from home
