Job Description :
Focus is on "Salesforce Managed Packages"
Develop, implement, and provide application support and system enhancements for scalable Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC), Sales / Service Cloud to sustain and enhance Sales and Marketing efforts.
Provide expertise in documenting current state business processes and wire framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, and sequence diagrams.
Make recommendations regarding process improvement and systems design for future state business processes.
Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions.
Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
Identify designs that leverage standard out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and create supporting technical specification documents.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
Promote and Deploy changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies, including Salesforce DX and Copado and GitHub
Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications / code and updates to existing applications / code.
Collaborate with Data Integration team to support and develop data integration using ETL tools. Execute projects applying Agile Scrum and Agile SaFE methodologies for faster and iterative delivery.
Partner with the development team to design, test and deploy changes to ensure solutions meets the agreed upon business requirements Partner with platform manager to identify, evaluate and execute projects to meet the business and product teams'
goals and requirements.
Requirements :
BA / BS degree in Computer Science or related degree and experience.
5+ years of expertise in one or multiples of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales / Service / Experience Cloud, and Vlocity Omni Studio
6 + years of hands-on experience as Salesforce CRM developer in large scale implementations with over 1000+ users.
3+ years of experience with design and developing API integrations between Salesforce and other application using AWS or Middleware tools.
3+ years of experience in implementing Sales Process Solutions includes Campaign, Lead, Opportunity, Activity , Contract management and Marketing.
Core Competencies :
Outstanding oral, technical, and written communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting is essential.
Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems and communicating with users, other technical teams to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment.
Working with teams spread across multiple geographic locations.
Preferences :
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture & Designer.
Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems and communicating with users, other technical teams to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud or any marketing cloud is added advantage.
Experience integration Salesforce with AWS
Demonstrated ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients & vendors.
